You may read, browse and share this website freely. By using it, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.
The site is provided for information about a product under development. Nothing here is an offer, a contract, or a commitment to supply a product or service.
02Early-access registration
Submitting your email address through the early-access form registers your interest. You may submit only an address you're entitled to use. Registration is confirmed by double opt-in: we send a confirmation email, and the address is only added to the list once you click the link in it. You may ask to be removed at any time by writing to hello@sawit.in, or by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
We use the address to send occasional launch updates and, when testing opens, an invitation. How that information is handled is described on the privacy page.
03No guarantee of admission or launch date
Registering for early access does not guarantee that you will be admitted to testing, that you will receive an invitation, or that SawIt will be released at all. Any timing mentioned anywhere on this site is an expectation, not a commitment. Features, scope, pricing and platform support may change or be dropped, and the project may be discontinued without notice.
04Conceptual product previews
Every product interface shown on this site is a conceptual design preview, not a screenshot of working software. The names, conversations, places, listings and prices that appear inside those previews are invented for illustration. Do not rely on them as a description of what the finished product will do or look like.
05Intellectual property
The SawIt name, logo, wordmark, written copy, interface designs, illustrations and page code on this site belong to the SawIt project and its owner. You may link to the site and quote short passages with attribution.
Without written permission, you may not copy or republish substantial parts of the site, reuse the SawIt name or marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation, or present the designs as your own work.
06Prohibited use
Please do not:
- Submit false, automated or bulk registrations, or anyone else's email address
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or the services behind it
- Scrape, mirror or systematically harvest the site's content or code
- Use the site to distribute malware, spam or unlawful material
- Misrepresent your relationship with SawIt
We may block access or remove a registration where use appears abusive or automated.
07Third-party services
This website relies on a small number of external services to function: web hosting, a web font provider, and — once configured — a form-handling service that receives early-access submissions. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we don't control them. The privacy page names the providers actually in use and what each receives.
Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content.
08Disclaimer of warranties
The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that the information on it is complete, current or accurate. Statements about a product still in development are inherently provisional.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SawIt and the people behind it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of this website — including lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from reliance on statements about an unreleased product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and the website develop — for example, when the early-access form provider is confirmed, or when the SawIt application is released and needs its own separate terms. The effective date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website.
The name and registered address of the entity operating SawIt, and the specific court venue, will be published on this page before the SawIt application becomes available.
